Dear Market Flow Trader Family,
Imagine yourself standing very close to a GIANT beach ball. In front of you is a panel of royal blue. That’s all you can see. From the other side of the ball, you hear someone yell, “Wow! Look at this huge red ball!” Then another voice responds, “What are you talking about? It is definitely white!”
Of course, all three of you are wrong, but speaking your truth from a limited vantage point. Suddenly, you hear an engine above. It’s a helicopter, and you recognize Patrick (MFT Founder) and Sage and Taylor (MFT coaches) on board. “Take a step back!” they are calling out. “You need more data!” That, dear family, is the value of community; seasoned voices who’ve been around that ball a few times, guiding the less experienced to where they too can see the big picture.
"Life affords no greater responsibility, no greater privilege, than the raising of the next generation." ~ C. Everett Koop
When I asked for feedback last week, an overwhelming number of you expressed an appreciation for the MFT Community as a whole. Patrick created an environment where teamwork and community were encouraged—but those things are not a given, they have to happen organically. And they have happened. Traders of every level, from around the globe, have joined and added their voices of support and encouragement to create something bigger and better than any trading course or signal room could ever be. Patrick built the house, but you made it a home.
Another strength of any community is the specialization and diversity found across the population. To celebrate that diversity, Market Flow Trader is planning a very special live event. For the first time ever, Patrick, Sage, Taylor, and Kevin (my mentor) will appear together on a live to talk about their individual trading strategies, or edges. They are going to be talking about How, When, and Where they find and execute the trading setups you’ve all learned about in Market Flow Trader. This is a FREE event for our SUBSCRIBING MEMBERS ONLY!
Have you ever helped a child learn fractions and decimals? Those are intimidating concepts! But chances are, that child is already familiar with money and time, and while seeing “¼“ might be confusing, explaining that four quarters equal one dollar and thirty minutes equal a half-hour could bridge the concept gap. By hearing from a panel of professional traders sitting side-by-side, with very different personalities, all talking about their versionof Patrick’s Setup, you should easily find a relatable truth to incorporate into your own trading plan, right away. You’ll also see how each trader has taken the principles found inside MFT and “made it their own.”
"Long-term success is never achieved on our own. The phrase ’self-made man’ is a myth. Along the way, we all need support." ~Isadore Sharp, Founder, Four Seasons
This should be a fantastic session, keep an eye on the Community boards this week for details on date & time!
MFT Consistency Coach Taylor recently sat down with Tim, a very new trader of just three months, who, with the benefit of Taylor's mentorship, has just passed his first combine. Tim admitted during the conversation that “There is NO WAY (he) could have done this alone.” No matter where you are on your trading journey, there is simply no substitute for submitting your process to a mentor for evaluation.

Every seasoned trader has a story. Many have a painful story. But your story can be less painful. Your story can include how you skipped over much of the pain and loss because you joined a community of people on a common path, led by traders who know the mistakes new traders make, and can teach you how to avoid them.
Reven Wood (Sage) leads our Live Trading Desk. He reinforces MFT concepts and helps identify setups. He often cautions, “Don’t fall for this! This is a trap!” That is because Sage has fallen into more than a few traps in his twenty-plus years as a trader. He’s climbed out and marked them, so we can benefit from his experience. You are invited to join us, tomorrow at 0800 Eastern, for his pre-market analysis.
To Your Success,
